如果想要時時保持快樂，就不要在人我之間製造是非。有些人的煩惱是來自於別人一句無心的話，而他卻有意地接受。這就是無事生非，自尋煩惱。

In order to maintain a peaceful co-existence, it is compulsory not to sow discord among people. A casual remark often disturbs those who would take it too seriously. This is making trouble out of nothing.
