爾時。盤古滅度之後。復有人民。未有五穀。食草木為生活。

炎帝王復立。天地世界三千七百年。所為出處。

住七十二山。尋覓五谷。口嘗百草惡毒。唇舌燋爛。

然後炎帝王往一羊山。尋得粟子一粒。計在棗樹中。

八種得成粟谷。大梁山中尋得稻谷一粒。計在柳樹中。

七種得成稻谷。朱石山尋得小豆一顆。計在李樹中。
